Our head chef Jonathan Edwards formerly of Heaneys Cardiff is fine dining trained and brings 25 years of experience to The Fox. Jon draws inspiration from the seasons, championing fresh local produce where possible and produces both modern and classic cuisine with a recognisable difference.
We serve our lunch menu from Friday – Saturday 12pm – 3pm and our dinner menu Wednesday – Saturday 5.30pm-9pm.
